The Airport Lounge Perk
An airport lounge is something you can buy a day pass for $59/day. Let's say you take two there and back trips a year with no layovers that's only $236 well under the $450 a year from the Citi AAdvantage Card. I get it lounges, TSA Precheck, and getting extra free checked bags are nice, but it muddies the waters of spending calculations. It should be clear how much benefit you are going to get from something for the yearly price and how long you are going to need that benefit.
